Our Thai breakfasts consists of fresh cut seasonal fruit, hot breakfast items and premium teas and coffee. The hot breakfast item menu is:

• Rice with stir-fried pork & basil topped with fried egg or omelet and minced pork & soya bean curd soup

• Fried rice with pork topped with fried egg or omelet and minced pork & soya bean curd soup 

• Fried pork with garlic topped with fried egg or omelet and minced pork & soya bean curd soup

• Rice porridge with pork mince

Chicken can be substituted for pork and vegetarian options are available.

Muesli, Greek yogurt and bread or baguettes. Bread choices are white, whole wheat, fruit or baguettes (one selection per group). We make the bread and baguettes overnight and serve warm from the oven. This breakfast also includes fresh cut seasonal fruit and premium teas and coffee.

In addition to a sweet treat bakery item we make in our own kitchen we serve premium teas and Nan province freshly ground coffee. We make a range of sweet treats and surprise guests with what we serve each day. In the past year guest favourites have been mango-passion no-bake cheesecake, mixed berry no-bake cheesecake and our chocolate tart with marshmallows & raspberry jello. Some guests choose to enjoy the sweet treats as an after dinner dessert rather than an afternoon tea.
